Although we usually have a stock, we might have to manufacture what you ordered specifically and shipping might be delayed, up to two weeks after your order is placed. If this is the case, we shall contact you and inform you about the situation as soon as we can.

As for shipments, the maximum speed will always be sought.

Despite having stock, it may happen that at a certain time something has to be manufactured on purpose and the shipment is prolonged, being able to be dispatched in the two weeks following the purchase. In the latter case from this website we will contact the buyer to report the situation as soon as possible.

All sales are final. In the unlikely case of the product delivered to you is damaged during shipping, please don’t throw the package and send us an email with photo of the damaged piece and package within 24 hours upon receiving.
